Simple, Thorough; Perfect Invoicing Program

I run a construction and design company and have been searching forEVER for invoicing software that would meet our needs. Bee Invoicing is just perfect! It’s really easy to use and the tutorials on their website filled in all the gaps I couldn’t figure out myself in just a few minutes. For us, as contractors, I LOVE that I can enter by time or quantity, and the way it counts timesheets is intuitive and useful. We don’t sell many items, but if we did the cataloging/grouping system would be very helpful. Being able to provide estimates in a professional, organized way through this program without it affecting our accounting is awesome, too! I can’t say enough good things about it. And really, you just can’t beat the price.

My only complaint is that the invoices are set, and you can’t customize them. Our logo looked strange with the template they have set up, so I had to use photoshop to tweak it a bit. Once I changed the size and opacity of our logo, I was happy, but I wish there were a few more options for layout.

All-in-all, Bee Invoicing has already been an enormous time saver and made me feel much more confident about presenting invoices to clients/financial info to our accountant. Thanks for the great app, y’all!
